Your primary responsibility is to enhance operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to understand Operational needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Manages the Database Review, Schedules, and ITMR4 Helpdesk emailsResponsible for timely and accurate data review on live shipmentsProvides expert advice on customs laws, rules, regulations, and procedures Analyze current customs clearance processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement Develop and maintain SOP’s for ITMR4Maintain communication with management concerning compliance issues and provides recommendations Participate in courses/webinars identified by Management and provide constructive feedbackRegularly review client databases to ensure uniform information is available for other teamsLead or support projects related to system enhancements, or regulatory updates All other duties as assignedKnowledge and Educational Requirements:High School Diploma is required.
