In this capacity, you will ensure optimal use of the human, material, and financial resources allocated to you.The ideal profile for us Hold a bachelor's degree in recreation, culture and tourism, or cultural animation and research, or any other relevant field; Have two (2) years of relevant work experience; Have a strong interest in practices related to the field of recreation and the development of living environments; Have a good mastery of project management; Be able to create and maintain networks of partners; Be versatile and have experience in programming and cultural dissemination in various artistic disciplines;  Know the dynamics and challenges of cultural dissemination and event production in outdoor public spaces; Be sensitive to cultural mediation and the development of audiences for the arts; Be able to create and maintain networks of partners; Be organized, autonomous, have a sense of initiative, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
