On-site Workforce Coordinator-Ajax, ON

Randstad is hiring a proactive Warehouse Onsite Coordinator to support day-to-day workforce operations within a high-volume warehouse environment in Ajax, Ontario. We are looking for a candidate with experience managing temporary associates, attendance tracking, workforce scheduling, and employee relations in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL settings.This role will act as the primary onsite contact for employees and client leadership, supporting onboarding, orientations, documentation, compliance, performance coaching, and health and safety requirements, including WSIB incident reporting.
