Job Description We are looking for a Financial Analyst to complete our mergers and acquisitions and financial analysis team. As such, you will have to contribute to the success of UAP’s business opportunities by producing financial analyzes based on the economic viability of business plans for corporate and associated stores as well as the acquisition of businesses. We invite you to apply In particular, you will have to: Participate in the complete process regarding an acquisition. Ensure the evaluation, financial modeling, and negotiation of transactions. Ensure the assembly structure of the files and adapt the content. Maintain analysis tools, develop and improve modeling on Excel, PowerBI as well as integration with other platforms. Validate financing choice for the transactions of the associate stores and ensure the financial viability of the project. Calculate, determine and analyze the financial and operational parameters to judge the profitability of various corporate projects. Present and align projects with the accounting department and ensure their support. Requirements To join our team, you need: A degree in Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
