Senior Pega Developer

The Senior Pega Developer is a mid-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.Key Responsibilities:• Contribute to complex design projects and has expert Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 knowledge based on in-depth experience and history of successful projects on Customer Service Applications• Manage technical implementation tasks to ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budget• Use Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 architecture, security model, and service interfaces to build effective software solution• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirement using requirement gathering sessions and available industry standard tools• Ensures that systems are built for change, are reusable, and are maintainable• Development support and design consultation for development activities• Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project life cycle• Performance monitoring, tuning and optimization• Interaction with the Production Support and Development Teams (Citi and Vendor) to deliver end-user support, defect resolution, etc. To include emergency off-hours support• Interaction with partner development, testing, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsKnowledge and Competencies:• More than 10 years of experience with Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 versions• Working knowledge on Pega Chat• Exposure to Constellation UI migration • Domain knowledge of banking is preferable• SQL, HTML, and JavaScript experience a plus• RDBMS and Web technologies experience• Performance monitoring and tuning experienceQualifications:CSSA or Certified Senior System Architect certification and/or PEGA LSA (Lead System Architect) certification Knowledge on Pega Smart Investigate/ Customer Service/ Dispute frameworks6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role, related to PegaExtensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applicationsExperience in managing and implementing successful projectsSubject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications DevelopmentAbility to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictateDemonstrated leadership and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:• Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering/Master of Computer Applications------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Applications Development------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$120, - $170,------------------------------------------------------Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above.------------------------------------------------------Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.------------------------------------------------------
