If you thrive on variety, possess an unwavering safety-first mindset, and are prepared to make a tangible impact every single day, we want you on our team.Your Mission: Maintaining Seamless FlowThis demanding and rewarding position requires physical stamina and adaptability, blending indoor and outdoor work as needed to ensure product quality and operational continuity.Production & Packaging Mastery: Guarantee quality and shipping standards are met by accurately bagging, counting, packing, labeling, and diligently palletizing all finished products.Physical Material Handling: Perform all necessary physically demanding tasks, including the efficient loading and unloading of pallets and product shipments. You will be the crucial fast-responder for urgent needs, such as shoveling and recovering material spills (e.g., grain).Operational Support: Act as the essential resource by assisting Operators and Supervisors, providing support for overall sanitation efforts, and actively maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all work areas.Safety & Compliance: Your first priority is safety. You are expected to strictly observe and follow all safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Compensation & CommitmentWe offer a competitive wage for your hard work and require commitment to a necessary rotating schedule that ensures 24/7 support for the facility.Starting Wage: $20.00 per hourPhysical Requirements: Must have the ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.Schedule Note: Mandatory 3-Shift RotationMorning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMAfternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMNight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMAdvantagesClear Path to a Pay Raise: The $20/hr starting wage is a solid foundation, but the guaranteed performance review after three months provides a clear and achievable goal to earn a raise to $21/hr. It breaks up the monotony of working the same hours every day and can offer more flexibility for personal appointments or errands during different times of the day or week.ResponsibilitiesYou'll be working both indoors and outdoors, assisting with daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:Safety First: Following all safety policies and using required protective gear.Production & Warehouse: Palletizing, bagging, counting, packing, and labeling products.Physical Tasks: Loading and unloading pallets and products, shoveling grain spills, and assisting with sanitation.
