Time Commitment and Remuneration November 2025 to April 2026.  Please see Part 3: Hiring in the HR Policy Manual for in-depth eligibility criteria for the position pertaining to academic standing, work-study positions, exchange status, etc. Position(s)Year Reprsentatives (1st-4th)Be the voice of first-year students Share ideas, bring feedback to the council, and help newstudents get involved in the department.Represent your year, share student perspectives, and help plan fun events that connectMerch Coordinator x1Design, organize, and oversee sales of department merchandise. Manage orders, payments, anddistribution logistics.Logistics Coordinator x2Handle event planning details such as room bookings, equipment setup, and scheduling. Ensuresmooth execution of all events.Events Coordinator x3Brainstorm, plan, and execute student events that build community and engagement within thedepartment.Internal Events Coordinator x 1Focus on department-exclusive events like study sessions, socials, and networking mixers tostrengthen student connections.Marketing and social media directorLead the council's communications strategy.
