You’ll collaborate closely with the executive team to deliver tailored solutions and manage accounts with professionalism and care.ResponsibilitiesProvide onboarding and ongoing training to enterprise customersConduct prospecting, lead generation, and close new business opportunitiesMap out client organizations and identify key decision-makersCollaborate with executives to resolve client issues promptlyManage the full sales cycle and achieve monthly sales goalsPrepare quotes, proposals, and deliverables for prospective clientsNegotiate contracts to establish strong, lasting client relationshipsRequirementsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or related roleExcellent command of the English language (spoken and written)Strong critical thinking and attention to detailPassionate, proactive, and a fast learnerCustomer service–oriented mindset with strong communication skillsReliable work-from-home setup: strong internet, quiet workspace, presentable background, webcam, and noise-cancelling headsetBenefitsBase Pay: CA$5,000/month + incentivesEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Setup: Remote (Canada)Why Join Smart Apartment DataAward-winning culture and supportive leadershipOpportunities for growth in a stable, 20+ year tech companyWork remotely with a dynamic, international teamCompetitive pay and performance-based bonuses
