Pay rate, benefits and other terms and conditions are as per the OPSEU 662 Collective Agreement QUALIFICATIONS Certification/Experience/Knowledge: Registered nurse, registered practical nurse, respiratory therapist or certified with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists is required Recent experience (within 2-3 years) performing ECG’s, exercise stress tests and Holter Monitor applications and scanning required Previous experience in a hospital setting is an asset Certified to perform EEG’s is an asset Current BCLS required Non-Violent Crisis Intervention required (training delivered by Health Centre upon hire) Skills/Abilities: Must be highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision Must be a good team player in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required Basic computer skills required (Meditech, Outlook) Good attendance and work record required Must demonstrate commitment to ensure your safety, the safety of fellow workers, patients, volunteers, and visitors Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in this organization Bilingualism (Advanced level English/French) is an asset.
