Job DescriptionThe Business Systems Analyst requires participating in a variety of projects, in various roles, to assist with evaluating, procuring, implementing, and supporting new technologies that enhance patient experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements, analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Work closely with third-party vendors to manage service contracts, upgrades, and support requests. Ensure vendor compliance with hospital IT policies and standards. Prepare/update training and reference manuals and other support material. QualificationsHalton Healthcare Services is seeking individuals who are competent in their chosen profession; patient/customer focused; are team players; effective communicators; caring and respectful and are fiscally responsible.Information Technology Degree or Diploma or equivalent education/work experienceA minimum of 5 years' experience in a business analyst or systems analyst roleKnowledge of patient entertainment systems in a hospital setting an assetKnowledge of MEDITECH Expanse an asset Excellent communication/business analysis/problem solving/root cause analysis skillsExperienced in implementing/supporting wide variety of systems/applications, workflow analysis, and benefits maximizationPrevious experience in system upgrades; software installations and system rebuildKnowledge of hardware and software procurement processes in hospital operations an assetKnowledge of SharePoint Online including Power Apps and Power Automate an assetFacilitate technical discussions with teams, vendors, business users, and stakeholders.Leads small to medium projects, coordinating with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand and achieve collaborative solutionsProficient in Microsoft Office product line including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessAble to handle multiple responsibilities with competing priorities in a fast-paced progressive environmentMust be well-organized, self-directed, and be able to interact patiently and effectively with staffMust be physically able to do the jobSatisfactory employment and attendance record requiredAdditional InformationHours: Monday to Friday; Days 0800-1600; on-site, multi-site coverage required.Salary: $ - $ per hourDate Posted: December 1, 2025Internal Applicants Due By: December 8, 2025REF2902W
