The ideal candidate should have at least one year experience in the investment field working as an assistant/associate and be fully IDA licensed.This is a 1 year maternity leave coverage with the possibility of being made permanent.Key Accountabilities:Client Service:Input and follow-up on client orders as directed by IA’sMeet and greet prospects and clientsInvestigate and follow-up on all client inquiriesUtilize contact management system for all necessary follow upAdministrative:Investigate and resolve inquiries and complaints related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor where appropriateFollow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and deliveryMaintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reportsMaintain client filesEnsure clients’ accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation and forward to appropriate Branch contactUtilize contact management system for daily task managementDocumentation & New Accounts OpeningsResearchClerical:Print reports and distribute them accordinglyFaxing and photocopyingWord processingWhat do you need to succeed?Ability to prioritize daily tasksEnsure daily communication with your Investment AdvisorsAbility to deliver results with shifting prioritiesAbility to deal with varying personalities with internal and external clientsKnowledge/Experience:CSC & CPH is requiredExcellent command of English languageGood telephone mannerStrong customer serviceExcellent organizational skillsAbility to successfully multi-taskStrong Microsoft Office skillsKnowledge of the firm’s operations, policies and procedures regarding client accounts, including internal control policies (preferred)What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
