Job descriptionHireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Client Services Technician to support end users across the organization.In this role, you’ll field incoming support requests, triage and prioritize issues, and ensure all tickets are resolved or escalated promptly. You’ll provide hands-on, executive-level, and day-to-day help desk support, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.The ideal candidate is proactive, technically savvy, and able to manage multiple support channels in a fast-paced environment.As a Client Services Technician, you will:Provide onsite support five days a week.Manage Tier 1 support requests via email, Slack, and Jira/ServiceNow tickets.Work and track issues in internal ticketing systems.Escalate issues to other IT staff as needed.Identify and report support trends and recurring issues.Create, manage, and troubleshoot accounts and access in Active Directory.Requirements1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk roleAnalytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issuesExcellent written communication skills for documenting tickets and support logsEffective time management and the ability to meet response and resolution commitmentsAbility to multitask and support multiple users simultaneouslyStrong observational skills to identify early warning signs of technical issuesCustomer service mindset with a positive, professional approachWorking knowledge of common software, hardware, and applicationsExperience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, or similar platformsBasic networking knowledge (VPN, DHCP, DNS)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Windows, Ubuntu, and macOSExperience with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar ticketing/wiki toolsBenefits:Pre-tax commuter benefits Employer (HireArt) subsidized healthcare benefits (Eligibility begins 90 days after start date)Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costsHireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance401k packageCommitment:This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt.
