CAD Location: 9001 Jane St., Vaughan, ON, L4K 2M6 Hybrid - (In office Monday and Tuesday) DFC Customer Service Representative IThe DFC Customer Service Representative I will be responsible for handling inbound service calls from customers while providing excellent customer service and accurately capturing data using company loan processing systems.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound from customers in a Call Center environment while delivering quality serviceMonitor customer account details for non-payments, declined payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesPrepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requestsEducate and counsel customers on account termsMaintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date customer account informationForward delinquent accounts to the appropriate Collections Team for account managementOther duties as assignedSkills and QualificationsPrevious telephone customer service experience preferredAbility to perform accurate data input into a variety of softwareAbility to provide courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service both in person and on the telephone.Strong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationPC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)CompetenciesDoes the right thing, takes action and adapts to changeSelf-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows throughBelieves in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve resultsThrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values
