Title: Senior Release & Change Management Analyst Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 6 Months Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. This role requires someone with a strong background in change and release management, who is eager to lead and improve our processes while working collaboratively with various teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Strong influencing and leadership abilities Project management experience with a focus on presentation and problem-solving skills Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, release management, code promotion, and requirements management B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree Proficiency in DevOps and Agile methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban Expert knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Experience with Jira, Git, and Visual Studio Release Management ITIL V3 certification Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in process mapping and artifact creation such as workflows Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CDCI) pipelines Familiarity with application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist change management managers in reviewing and administering CAB meetings Plan and communicate the release schedule, inter-dependencies, and necessary coordination between teams Coordinate release schedules and resources based on third-party applications, defect backlogs, and infrastructure updates Identify and manage risks that could delay releases, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are maintained Publish weekly updates on release activities and track progress Lead Go-Live activities to ensure successful software deployment Collaborate with development teams on automation tools for software development and deployment Maintain and improve documentation related to build and release procedures Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive team culture For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
