As a Project Integrator, you’ll be a part of the Project Operations team responsible for the overall accountability for all aspects of a project with a primary focus on cost and delivery. A day in the life of a Project Integrator involves going dedication to support and assist both the Project Manager (PM) and the Systems Engineer (SE) in all aspects of their responsibilities. You’ll be working in close collaboration with both the Project Managers and Systems Engineers to support the best interests of the project with tight deadline. You’ll see multimillion-dollar projects through from start to finish, leaving a strong feeling of satisfaction.What you’ll be doing:Assist in managing projects from planning stage, through execution and final product deliveryAssist in interpreting contract technical and commercial requirements and generating scopes of work (work packages) for engineeringPrepare, monitor, update and control detailed project schedules and budgetsPrepare, monitor, update and control Risk AssessmentsParticipate in internal and Client coordination meetings, prepare detailed meeting minutes and update internal and Client Action Summary ListsInteract with all engineering departments to help expedite drawings, deliverables and specificationsPrepare and review technical documents, including official correspondence with the Client and assure the relevant information is distributed appropriately to the engineering departmentsAssist in vendor management on design build and build to print purchases once a PO is placed, including: planning, tracking and coordinating shipping, fabrication and assembly activitiesPlan and coordinate activities on project-specific work sites relating to Construction and Engineering, including: assisting the Site Manager with coordination of subcontractors, installation of Test Systems, commissioning and site acceptanceWho are we looking for?You’re highly skilled in MS Project, MS Excel, MS WordStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, instrumentation and electrical drawingsAbility to multitask and achieve fixed deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsCreative problem-solving skillsSecond language is an assetExperience with Epicor is an assetAbility to travel to internationally located work sites for short and/or extended durationsWhat’ll help you succeed?1-3 years of relevant experience in design and analysis and/or project managementYou have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building construction, and/or steel fabricationYou’ve earned a Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or collegeYou’ve worked in the Gas Turbine testing industry (desirable)You’re eligible for a Membership with Professional Engineers OntarioWhat's in it for you?We live, sleep and breathe our corporate values: We communicate for ENGAGEMENT; We operate as ONE TEAM; We act PROMPTLY and with PURPOSE; We OWN the outcome; We play the LONG GAMENo matter who you are or where you’re from, we welcome new ideas and fresh perspectives.
