Job DescriptionTechnical Lead Salesforce Technical LeadRole OverviewThe Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for design-ing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, and managing integrations and customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution De-sign ArchitectureoDefine Salesforce architecture and technical standards.oDesign scalable solu-tions using Salesforce best practices.Development CustomizationoLead development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.oManage configuration of objects, workflows, and automation tools.IntegrationoImplement integrations with external sys-tems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.oEnsure data integrity and synchronization across plat-forms.Team LeadershipoMentor developers and administrators.oConduct code reviews and en-force quality standards.Project DeliveryoCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.oManage technical deliverables within Agile or Scrum frame-works.Performance SecurityoOptimize Salesforce performance and scalability.oEnsure compli-ance with security and data privacy standards.Required Skill SetsTechnical SkillsExpertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).Proficiency in Apex, Visual-force, Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience with Salesforce APIs, RESTSOAP, and integra-tion tools (MuleSoft, Informatica).Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado) and CICD pipelines.Familiarity with data modeling, SOQL, and performance tuning.Leadership Func-tional SkillsAbility to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects.Strong understanding of CRM processes and business workflows.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.6 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Integration Architect).Experience in Agile methodolo-gies.Experience required: 10+
