Job Posting Camp Counsellor at Canadian Adventure Camp Become a Counsellor at Canadian Adventure Camp – Summer 2026 Canadian Adventure Camp is a full-service children’s summer camp located on stunning 160-acre Adventure Island in Temagami, Ontario. Each summer, we welcome campers and staff from around the world to experience over 35 exciting activities and four high-level specialty programs. Home to 150 campers ages 7–17, CAC is a place where adventure, growth, and lifelong friendships come alive. The Role: Counsellor Counsellors are the heart of CAC. This is a diverse, dynamic, and demanding role that puts you directly at the centre of the camper experience. As a counsellor, you will: Live in cabins with campers, supporting their day-to-day needs Lead a variety of non-specialty activities such as kayaking, archery, arts & crafts, climbing, and more. Help create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where campers can thrive. Bring energy, positivity, and resilience to camp life every single day. This position is perfect for adaptable, compassionate, and enthusiastic team players who love working with children and are ready to make a real impact on their summer. Most counsellors are Canadian or international staff in their early 20s- but above all, we’re looking for people with the right attitude, dedication, and heart. Requirements Current Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain). Must be 19 years or older. What We Offer Compensation above industry average.
