SAP QA Analyst Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires an SAP QA Analyst to join the client’s ERP Transformation Project, whose aim is to reimagine the way they facilitate their core finance, supply chain, and human resources functions. It will provide increased opportunities to streamline, automate, and align processes with leading practices through the use of modernized enterprise-class ERP technologies. This will further enable and enhance master data management and customer relationship management enterprise capabilities. The QA Analyst resource will support the development of test plan, creation or identification of test data, test scripting, test execution, and defect management for project work. In addition, the resource will work with other internal and external stakeholders throughout various test cycles. To be effective in this role, the analyst must be familiar with BA documentation and processes. Resource will work remotely. Edmonton, Alberta (Remote) Mandatory Requirements 3 years’ demonstrated experience in testing SAP applications and interfaces. Minimum combined years of relevant education and experience in a role similar to this. Experience must be applicable to this role. Acceptable education includes degrees, diplomas and certificates. (5 years) 3 years’ demonstrated experience working as a software tester in a software application development environment (details/description of environment must be included). 3 years’ demonstrated experience writing test cases from use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents. 3 years’ demonstrated experience preparing test data, executing tests and verifying results and logging issues. 3 years’ demonstrated experience and understanding of Software QA, Testing and Defect Life Cycle 3 years’ demonstrated experience in testing REST APIs via Postman or similar tools. 3 years’ demonstrated experience in JIRA and Azure DevOps 3 years’ experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks 3 years’ experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications Desirable Requirements 4 years’ experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing. 2 years’ demonstrated experience testing web applications. 3 years’ experience with testing integrated environments. 3 years’ experience developing API test scripts in Postman 3 years’ experience with data integrity standards. 3 years’ experience with SQL scripting and MS SQL Server. 2 years’ experience with Agile methodology.
