We offer clients advanced in-house engineering & design with 3D modeling, piloting, fabrication and machining, in-house control panel shop, and a full range of field services, allowing us to provide turn-key solutions. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and enjoy working with others. As a Junior Assembler, you will support the fabrication and assembly of mechanical equipment and components in a shop environment. You will work closely with experienced team members to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards.Join our team and thrive in a role that boasts a safe and clean indoor facility, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities including new machinery, overhead cranes and all required equipment.Please see our website link for an in-depth look at our facility and shop environment. Responsibilities will include:Assist team members in layout and Installation of equipment, piping, and instrumentation.Read and follow basic mechanical drawings, with guidance.Safe Use/Operation of forklifts, cranes, power tools and other equipment related to job requirements.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Occasional site work and associated travel as required.Build wooden crates and necessary packaging for shipping.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic mechanical knowledgeBenefitsIndustry Leading Compensation Packages: AWC has developed a competitive compensation package for each position that rewards employees for hard work and results.
