Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Roles and Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:Operations Audit Lead:Maintain SUS platform user lifecycle management processesPeriodic platform user auditClient follow-up and remediationPlatform Log and Audit Lead:Product management of SUS Audit and common Logging componentsSpecification documentation upkeep (requirements and system capabilities for platform and applications)User guide and training material upkeep.New requirements management (definition, implementation scheduling etc.)Implementation validation and sign-offPeriodic review of platform audit data and reports to identify abnormal usage patterns and initiate corrective actionOnboarding and project support for application auditHigh level effort and resource assessmentPerformance and Security Analyst:Generate monthly reports on platform performanceMonitor vulnerability reports and track security patchingService Management statistics (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, Outage, SLA etc.)Transaction volume statistics (Gateway transactions, DB transactions, API transactions etc.)Audit status and issuesService Inventory Manager:Manage SUS Service Description documentationManage SUS components CI inventory (liaison to CMDB team)RequirementsExperience and Skill Set Requirements:Must Haves:7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Demonstrated experience with setting up workshops with the business users.Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience with planning and implementation of releases. Nice to have:Ideal candidate should have the following exp:Experience with Cloud Services – Kubernetes (OpenShift) & MS AzureExperience with reporting tools and conceptsDemonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate initiative and responsivenessExperience with CMDB concepts and methodologiesExperience with Remedy and/or eSMT Skill Set Requirements:General Project Management and Communications Skills:Demonstrated experience with setting up workshops with the business users.
