We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing a structured Preventative Maintenance schedule with our existing customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused. You’ll take pride in maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance. Responsibilities:As a member of the Territory Manager’s team, the Service Technician provides expertise in the following challenges: Execute Preventative Maintenance Plan;Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation programs are in place for each customer;Rotational Emergency On Call;Drive new sales in existing accounts;Filling out accurate Electronic Service Reports;Customer training on new products and equipment;Perform installations of new/replacement dishwashers and other systems; adjust to particular operating parameters.On call requirement 1 in 3 weekends Requirements:To perform you must : High school diploma or equivalent;Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract;High degree of mechanical aptitude;Ability to use hand tools;Some sales experience;Electronic technology experience (excel, word, power point, apps);Ability to work rotational on call weekends.
