In some cases you will be travelling in remote areas (seasonal access) independently.Collect chemical inventory from customer sites.Sample oil and gas field production fluids and assist with performing routine testing.Deliver chemical to customers as needed following TDG requirements.Document inventory using Microsoft Excel workbooks and/or other software.Maintain field inventories by ordering and dispatching product.Provide various services such as sample testing, light maintenance, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, and general labor activities.Support the sales representatives and develop strong relationships with the key customer stakeholders in the accounts you supportGrow technical and sales knowledge with provided training so that you may:Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required.Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and completing onsite and laboratory testing to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.Position Details:Candidate must reside in Peace River, AB, or the immediate surrounding area.This role requires the individual to be clean-shaven to comply with customer site policy and safety requirements.This is a safety-sensitive position, and the successful candidate will be required to complete drug and alcohol testing.Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordImmigration sponsorship is not available for this role.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED is required. Preferred Qualifications:Industry or relevant experience is preferred.Demonstrated computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn internal business systems.Prior experience that required excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic.Strong mechanical aptitude.Experience driving on oil field roads.About UsChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
