THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US· Group and dental insurance, with 50% of premiums paid by the employer· Subsidized daycare reserved for employees, located on-site· Employer-contributed RRSP· 10 paid sick days and 3 paid personal days per year· 3 weeks of vacation after 2 years· On-site gym accessible 24/7· Dynamic social club with several activities throughout the year· A Christmas party you definitely don’t want to missMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES· Assist the system administrator in managing domain controllers (account management, groups, server updates, GPOs, etc.)· Assist the system administrator in managing Microsoft 365· Provide users with IT support related to software, computer equipment, and the company’s network· Ensure installation and proper functioning of equipment· Handle incoming service requests using a ticketing system· Provide support for servers and workstations· Manage IT inventory and software licenses· Perform physical repairs on equipmentPROFILE SOUGHT· College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in IT, or equivalent· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Level 2–3 technician· Strong communication skills and customer-service oriented (internal clients)· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite· Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, GPO, SQL, IIS)· Understanding of basic enterprise networking principles· Knowledge of Active Directory· Proficient with Windows 10 and 11 workstations· Knowledge of print servers· Experience installing and maintaining physical and virtual servers using VMWare (vSphere and vCenter)· Knowledge of networking (IP addressing, switches, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Radius)· Knowledge of HP desktops and servers (an asset)· Knowledge of VMWare Horizon – VDI desktop virtualization technologies (an asset)· Proactive work approach· Functional English (basic verbal or written communication when needed)· Valid driver’s license requiredWORK SCHEDULE· Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.At this point, you might be wondering whether you should send us your résumé or not?Go ahead—don’t hesitate and send it to us.
