About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic B2B Outreach Marketing Specialist to drive the top of our sales funnel. Your mission is to secure meetings and qualified conversations with technical and executive leaders at target companies. You will be positioning our firm as the expert partner for building and placing high-impact software development teams for their next innovation project. This is a marketing role focused on generating high-value demand, not a content or social media role. Success is measured by the quality and volume of new opportunities you create for our Account Executives. This is a remote position. You will: 1. Targeted Prospecting & List Building Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Research: Work with leadership to deeply define and research technical leaders at companies that align with our ideal client profile (e.g., specific industries, company size, technology stack).Sourcing and Segmentation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data tools to build and segment highly accurate lists of potential client decision-makers.Data Integrity: Ensure impeccable data quality and hygiene within the CRM (e.g. HubSpot) for all leads, tracking every touchpoint and insight. 2. Personalized Multi-Channel Outreach Message Strategy: Develop and write ultra-personalized, technically informed outreach copy (emails, InMails, connection requests) that speaks directly to the client's innovation challenges and the value of specialized software team placement.Campaign Execution: Deploy and manage targeted outreach sequences using an automation/sequencing platform (like Outreach, Salesloft, or similar) across email and social channels.Pain Point Agitation: Craft messaging that highlights the difficulty of internal team building for innovation and positions our specialized recruitment/development services as the essential solution. 3. Lead Qualification and Hand-off Qualifying Conversations: Be the first point of contact, conducting initial low-friction qualification calls to verify the prospect's need and budget for outsourced or contract development teams.Meeting Generation: Book qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.Performance Reporting: Track and report on key marketing and outreach metrics, including open rates, reply rates, conversion rates (Outreach-to-Meeting), and pipeline contribution. You have: 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B outbound marketing, sales development (SDR), or lead generation for a complex service.Excellent Communicator: Ability to engage and understand what prospects are looking for and how we could help.Mandatory: Previous experience working within a software, SaaS, or IT consulting company.Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of the software development industry.Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and engage senior executives.Hands-on experience with a major CRM platform and AI tools to optimize your productivity.Ability to write engaging, concise, and highly targeted copy that speaks credibly to our target audience. Must be a resident of Canada and be eligible to work in Canada. Nice-to-Have: Experience in a technical staffing or contract software development role.
