The Team Leader, Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) Program, ensures the quality of service delivery within multiple service lines for a small to medium-size program that can include repairs, maintenance, and recapitalizations . The incumbent ensures compliance with service line policies and procedures and manages risks within contracts. The incumbent leads a team of professionals and manages the human resources responsibilities for the team. The incumbent also manages the Client-Partner relationship.
