Title: Application Developer (PeopleSoft) Location: Ottawa, ON Duration: 6 Months Introduction The role involves designing, developing, and overseeing technical architectures and frameworks that support enterprise-level PeopleSoft solutions. This position ensures alignment between business requirements, architectural best practices, and technology standards. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on solution design, integration, data structures, and technical governance while supporting strategic initiatives across complex enterprise environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience within the past 15 years in technical architecture, specifically in developing technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle Database, SQL Plus, PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or higher, and PeopleTools 8.49 or higher Experience in integration of technology solutions Security Clearance Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in monitoring industry trends to align solutions with current standards Proven ability to analyze functional requirements and workflow processes Expertise in documenting database content, structure, subsystems, and data dictionaries Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies for enterprise or major application areas Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to address business problems Ensure integration of all aspects of proposed technology solutions across applications, platforms, and external systems Create technical documentation, prototypes, test plans, and system standards as required Support project teams and stakeholders through solution reviews, design validation, and architecture governance For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
