About the Role Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Program Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting and aligning engineering, marketing, production, operations, and sales on product and customer-related initiatives. The Program Manager ensures seamless execution of programs such as new product launches and onboarding large accounts, while driving process improvements and managing risk. You’ll oversee cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and program governance to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution Define scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines for new initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution. Monitor tasks, activities, and costs throughout program phases. Establish change management processes for product revisions. Customer Engagement Partner with customers to define product specifications and contractual terms. Manage expectations and ensure commitments are met. Support onboarding of new customers and OEM setups. Process Development & Compliance Draft and implement SOPs and processes in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards. Identify and mitigate program risks proactively. Reporting & Analysis Track and report program status at regular intervals. Provide updates on costs, timelines, and open issues. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Post-secondary education in a technical or engineering field, or work experience in a related discipline.2–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or leading teams in a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and process-driven with ability to manage complex programs. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies. Professional designation or eligibility is an asset.
