THE ROLEAs the Senior Manager/Manager, Compensation & Benefits Program Management, you will:Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of compensation & benefits programs, ensuring timely planning and executionManage the effective rollout of compensation and benefit initiatives and updates, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee expectationsLeverage internal survey data and external market data to inform program value and optimization opportunitiesSupport program integrity through regular audits, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigationSupport regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, timely reporting for governance and decision-makingDrive the successful execution and continuous improvement of all compensation programs by effectively managing people, process, technology and toolsTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Manager/Manager, Compensation & Benefits Program Management has:Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Compensation and / or Benefits, or Project ManagementA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to navigating our internal operations to achieve the best business resultsA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessA sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important workTHE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
