This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on driving sales growth, solving technical challenges, and supporting the success of both Kerr and our clients. If you’re passionate about HVACR systems, excel in a consultative sales environment, and want to grow your career with a company that invests in its people, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Grow applied equipment sales across assigned territories through proactive customer outreach and relationship building. Identify new business opportunities with contractors, engineers, and commercial clients. Prepare accurate quotations, lead project follow-up cycles, and support closing activities. Present product solutions, applied system options, and value propositions that support Kerr’s growing brand lineup, including Carrier and other leading manufacturers. Provide high-level technical assistance, including system design, application support, and product recommendations. Collaborate with engineers to specify Kerr products in HVAC/hydronic project designs. Offer expertise on equipment selection, commissioning guidance, and applied system optimization. Assist Kerr branches with technical inquiries, sourcing products, and high-value customer meetings. Conduct staff training on applied HVAC/R products, new technologies, and industry trends. Contribute to continuous improvement within the sales and technical teams. This role may require occasional travel to support other Kerr branches.
