If you’re detail-oriented, service-driven, and ready to be a key player in a collaborative shop environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.The Drive AheadGreet and assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers in a professional and timely mannerUse manufacturer and aftermarket catalogs to identify and order partsReceive, ship, and organize parts inventory with accuracy and attention to detailProcess parts orders, invoices, returns, core charges, and warranty claimsCoordinate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repair ordersRespond to parts inquiries via phone, email, and in personMaintain a clean, organized parts department and stockroomMonitor special-order parts and follow up with customers regarding arrival and installationPerformance EssentialsMinimum 1 year of parts advising experience in a dealership or similar environmentStrong automotive knowledge with the ability to identify and recommend appropriate partsExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsComfortable using DMS software (PBS/CDK experience preferred)Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license with a clean abstractFull-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)Bannister AccessoriesCompetitive wages based on industry benchmarksExtended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision careGroup RSP contribution program for long-term financial supportUnlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritizedOngoing training and professional developmentBannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
