IMMEDIATE OPENINGAbout Precision Property Management (PPM).PPM, established 1991, is a full-service property management company that that specializes in serving non-profit and co-operative housing communities.Purpose of the Role: The Project Coordinator supports Property Management teams by organizing resources, managing schedules, and facilitating communication to ensure efficient completion of projects and assignments. Additional services include general office management, administrative support, data entry, filing, record keeping, responding to tenant concerns, preparing written communications (newsletters, business correspondence, notices, etc.) preparing reports for various non-profit housing communities managed by Precision Property Management. Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is a creative person with excellent communications and inter-personal skills that is adept with using computers and related software and able to work independently to make decisions to help resolve issues.Key duties:Include tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, monitoring budgets, gathering cost estimates from contractors, and serving as a liaison between team members and stakeholders. Core responsibilities:Project support: Assist property management teams with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and project planning.Scheduling: Coordinate project schedules, book meetings, and manage the timeline to keep the project on track.Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, including plans, reports, and other important files.Budget and finance: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and assist with budget management.Progress tracking: Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders. Essential skills:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and people skills.Excellent attention to details. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Creative approach to problem solving.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
