verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models)  Salesforce Experience:5+ years of salesforce architect experience Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and can guide others using this methodologyDeep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools like MuleSoft Stakeholder and Vendor Management:Technical architect experience in designing the vendor managed implementation projectAwareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Have worked with vendor and multiple stakeholders in the large complex project Architecture Experience:Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) in complex vendor managed projectExperience translating business requirements into reporting needs Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models for Salesforce platform projects Communication Skills:Understand government process and policies to develop the implementation strategiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
