About the RoleWe’re looking for an enthusiastic Welder Apprentice ready to build hands-on skills and grow alongside experienced professionals. If you're eager to learn, passionate about working with your hands, and committed to doing the job safely and right, this is your opportunity to shine.You'll support welding operations, assist in reading blueprints, and safely handle tools and materials—all while gaining the experience needed to become a fully certified tradesperson.What You'll DoAssist with MIG and wire welding processes under supervisionLearn to read and interpret technical drawings and specsSupport equipment setup and operation (GMAW, plasma, oxyacetylene)Inspect and clean work areas and materialsFollow safety protocols and use proper PPETake part in team meetings, training, and improvement projectsWhat You BringRegistered Apprentice Welder or working toward certification or wanting to obtain their certificationEagerness to learn and take directionStrong work ethic and team-first mindsetMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs, crouch, bend, and stand for long periodsMust pass drug/alcohol, audiometric, and fit-for-work testingClean-shaven for respirator useWorking EnvironmentExposure to heat, noise, fumes, and machineryFast-paced, supportive shop environmentPPE and safety gear providedOvertime opportunities availableWhy Work With Us?At Supreme, we don’t just shape metal—we shape careers.
