In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and compliant production environment by following strict sanitation procedures and ensuring all equipment and areas meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily sanitation tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, bins, drains, and entrances to prevent contamination.Accurately complete required documentation such as cleaning logs, water temperatures, and chemical concentration records.Handle and mix cleaning chemicals to proper titration levels; ensure secure storage and prevent leaks or spills.Operate sanitation equipment (e.g., sweepers, scrubbers, pressure washers) and perform basic maintenance such as O-ring replacement and lubrication.Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure swab testing meets company and regulatory standards, and follow all sanitation protocols.Important Details:This is a full-time, permanent role on the Weekend Nights shift, operating from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday to Sunday.About YouYou’ll thrive in this role if you have:The physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 25 kg), squatting, and standing for extended periods in wet environments.Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.Mechanical aptitude to understand equipment operation and perform basic assembly, disassembly, and maintenance tasks.
