Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Montreal as a System Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing deskside support and managing various IT systems and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered): Proficiency in English and French. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customers effectively. Experience as a Windows 10 Administrator, with expertise in MECM Image management deployment. Strong understanding of End User Computing (EUC) roles and Field services. Extensive experience in Image Management. Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components, including Operating System Deployment (OSDMDT), Software Distribution, and Hardware/Software Inventories. Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows (client and server) operating systems. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 (client) operating systems. Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required): Knowledge of Service Now, MS Office, Remote Support, Mobility, Antivirus, and Engineering Services. Experience managing iOS, Windows, and Android devices in a global environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role): Provide deskside support to ensure smooth operation of IT systems. Deploy and manage operating system images using MECM. Utilize SCCM for software distribution and inventory management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows operating systems and related technologies.
