Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together to turn problems into solutions and challenges into moments of ingenuity.As a Casual/On-Call Cleaner, reporting to the Account Manager, you will ensure a sanitary environment, securing and maintaining tools/equipment used to perform the day to day work and performing other duties as assigned or requested. We are looking for flexible candidates who are available as needed to cover absences, vacations, or to meet increased demand to support our custodial staff.Interested candidates will be asked to cover 3 shifts in an on-call capacity:Monday to Friday starting at 6am. Monday to Friday starting at 3pm. Sunday to Thursday starting at 10pm.YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE:Common area cleaning and washroomsCollecting and transporting garbageSweeping and mopping the floor and vacuuming the carpetsHigh dusting the common areaCleaning windowsSnow removal and ice melt applicationQualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?A great attitudeAt least one (1) year experience in cleaning.Able to communicate with supervisor, Client and general publicAble to lift up to 25 lbsKnowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Workplace Hazardous Materials.A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
