Working alongside the bartenders, focusing on hospitality and positivity Manage inventory volumes to business levels, and ensure ordering, receiving, storing, and processing invoices are completed in a timely manner Create, train and maintain a drinks menu that is well-suited to the food menu, that evolves seasonally and with trends, ensures a good guest experience and maximizes sales Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the bar area Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/provincial /local laws, and ordinances Maintain professional restaurant image, including bar cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards Like us, you’re proud to be a part of BHC and so you have a strong commitment to BHC brand and team culture What You Have: Passion and knowledge of beer, mixology, and how to make traditional cocktails and create new ones Connecting with people and building trusting relationships comes easy to you Understanding of the importance of communication and workplace culture Collaborative working style and team focus Ability to work with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Excellent communication skills Flexible schedule required Strong work ethic and a positive team player Supervisory or management experience is considered an asset Bartending experience required ProServe certification required
