Your Role & Responsibilities: - Diagnose & Repair – Identify and fix issues efficiently, following BMW's high standards.- Routine Maintenance – Perform essential services to keep vehicles in peak condition.- Precision Testing – Conduct thorough inspections and road tests to ensure optimal performance.- Client & Team Communication – Work closely with service advisors to provide accurate updates to clients.- Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with BMW online training courses and additional certifications as assigned.- Preventative Maintenance – Use diagnostic software to recommend services that enhance vehicle longevity.
