Role Summary The Activities and Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, organization, and execution of daily camp programs and activities. They work closely with the Program Coordinator to carry out their duties and ensure all aspects of camp programming run smoothly and successfully.This position ensures that camp operations are well-coordinated, programs are engaging, and staff are supported in delivering meaningful experiences for all campers. Working collaboratively with camp leadership, specialists, and counsellors, the Activities and Operations Coordinator brings creativity, enthusiasm, and strong organizational skills to every aspect of camp life. They are tasked with ensuring camp runs smoothly from a logistical standpoint and to ensure all equipment is readily available and operational. Job
