Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06 Months Exp Required: Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce clouds, and the ability to guide development teams in delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered) 7–10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and configuration. In-depth understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and integration patterns. Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required) Salesforce Architect and/or Consultant certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, FSL Consultant). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role) Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL). Define architecture standards, best practices, and integration strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Oversee configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems. Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
