Journeyman and Apprentice; Welders and Fitters

We are seeking 4-5 skilled Welders and Fitters (including Sheet Metal Workers) to join our busy fabrication shop on a temp-to-perm basis. We are hiring for both Day Shift (1 Welder, potentially 1 Fitter) and Night Shift (2 Welders, 1 Fitter). We welcome candidates at various experience levels, from Journeymen (JMAN) to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Year Apprentices (2nd and 3rd Year preferred).Journeyman rate of $35.00 - $38.00 per hour with a $3.00/hour premium for Night Shift. Apprentice rates are competitive (e.g., 3rd Year is 90% of JMAN rate).We have long-term work, with the goal of moving candidates to permanent status.Shift Details: (4x10s or 4x11s Monday - Thursday) Day Shift6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (or 4:30 PM) (Base rate)Night Shift4:30 PM - 4:00 AM (Base rate + $3.00/hour)Saturdays optional for OT 6:00 AM - 12:00 PMAdvantagesCompetitive Wages: Journeyman rate of $35.00 - $38.00 per hour with a $3.00/hour premium for Night Shift.
