They will use order information to prepare merchandise for shipping and to verify incoming materials meet expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage Incoming Shipments: Use forklift to unload trucks of incoming shipments and check them against purchase orders to verify correct materials and product have been received Manage Outgoing Shipments: Review purchase orders and prepare product for outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely deliveriesMaintain Inventory: Place product in the correct, organized location in the facility and update inventory counts if needed Maintain ERP System: Track shipments and update SAP with any relevant information for internal teams and stakeholdersSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: 3 years of shipping/receiving experienceComputer literacy – will be using Excel & SAPForklift certificationFounded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
