We are looking for a Certification Technician to join our team in Edmonton, AB. Continental Chain & Rigging’s head office is located in Edmonton and operates in a 72,000 square ft. facility. Our Red Deer Branch operates in a 13,000 square ft. facility.We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes:Competitive Wage (Depending on experience)Personal & Professional Development OpportunitiesFun & engaging working environmentAll travel costs related to the job are covered by the companyKey ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection, testing, and documentation of rigging assets (web, round, wire rope, hardware & chain slings).Ensure all rigging and lifting equipment meet company and industry safety standards.Maintain accurate inspection records and generate reports as required.Assist in the assembly, repair, and certification of lifting and rigging products.Support warehouse operations, including inventory control and organization of rigging assets.Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure timely completion of projects.QualificationsUnderstanding of manufacturing processAble to write and speak EnglishAbility to work independently and in a teamExcellent communication and organizational skillsPositive attitudeMust be able to pass Drug & Alcohol testPossible overtime requirementsExperience is an assetThe Hercules Group of Companies is a privately owned Canadian company, headquartered in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
