Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06 Months Experience Required: 8 years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our dynamic team in Toronto. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting and troubleshooting RESTful APIs, with hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and MuleSoft Studio. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in shifts to cover 6:00 AM IST to 11:30 PM IST. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in RESTful API Development Support Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and MuleSoft Studio Experience with Jenkins pipelines and Nexus Expertise in L3 production troubleshooting support ServiceNow experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management Hands-on experience with development tools and frameworks such as Dynatrace Monitoring and Dashboard creation and maintenance Strong knowledge of core Java Experience working in the Banking Domain Fundamentals of Azure Mindset to take responsibility and ownership of incidents and act accordingly Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Ping Federate Understanding of API Gateway Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and SDLC processes Experience with Spring Boot Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide support and troubleshooting for RESTful APIs Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations Monitor and maintain dashboards to ensure system performance For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
