Collections Specialist

Responsibilities Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a professional manner. Develop and implement collection strategies to improve debt recovery rates. Negotiate payment arrangements with clients experiencing financial difficulties. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections activities and client communications. Analyze aging reports and identify accounts requiring escalated collections efforts. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and facilitate timely payments. Provide regular updates on collection activities and results to management. Other duties as assigned Education & Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in collections, and experience in High Radius and NetSuite. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of debt recovery regulations and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
