Administrative CoordinatorWe’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a major transportation client, with an immediate start in Moncton, NB area This is a great company to join and there are many career opportunities for the right candidate.As an Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for processing and verifying shipping documents, customer service, scheduling appointments and other clerical/administrative duties. Attention to detail will be key for this position.*Please note that the facility is not accessible by public transit, so you need to have a car or your own transportation. *What We Offer$20 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rateMonday to Friday7:00AM to 3:30PMWeekly pay, every FridayImmediate StartFree WHMIS TrainingWhat You’ll DoMaking telephone calls and sending emails to centralized customer serviceBooking delivery appointments via phone and emailBilling of accessorial/additional fees as requiredMaintaining group email boxes and answering queue calls when requiredReceiving calls from drivers who are not delivering freight for specific reasons, logging and noting comments in prosScanning, photocopying and faxingOther administrative duties as required (which could include pulling reports)Auditing shipping documents for accuracy, correcting and reporting to supervisor as neededUnderstanding Federal Transportation Compliance documentation and reacting to and reporting non-complianceWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in the same or similar role is requiredClean criminal background is requiredTransportation or operational experience is preferred, various roles within transportation and customer service is beneficialExcellent computer skills (accuracy, MS products, Bringg, web-based programs such as TruckMate), and keyboarding skills Advanced communication skillsAble to work deadlines in high transactional, fast paced environmentAbility to work effectively as a team member, or individually as required Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-taskMust be fluent in English, other languages are an assetOur team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
