Responsibilities

  • Daily greasing and oiling of production equipment
  • Maintaining oil level in Hydraulic and Circulating oil systems
  • Changing oil filters and breathers
  • Machine Troubleshooting
  • Installing lubrication equipment (hoses, tubing, fittings, lube pots, etc.)
  • Repairing oil leaks
  • Responsible for lubrication storage areas
  • Monitoring the lubrication related reliability metrics
  • Installation of automatic lube dispensers and lube lines
  • Execute Preventative Maintenance/time-based work orders, schedule recommendations & changes
  • Collect oil samples as required

Qualifications

  • Education: Trade Certification considered an asset
  • Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in maintenance in an industrial environment (mobile or stationary equipment)
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Safety-oriented
  • Self-motivated hard worker
  • Comfortable working alone
  • Desire to work with the best technology in the industry
  • Applicants need to be able to work in a team environment that is committed to working safely while focused on production
