What will you be working on?

As a Consultant, you will be considered a trusted advisor across the entire implementation project lifecycle. Your role involves delivering solutions to both new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers, handling projects with varying scope and complexity. Collaborating with customers across all industries, you will lead efforts to capture, document, and configure requirements. Additionally, you will conduct testing, training, and support go-live activities, to ensure customer satisfaction and desired outcomes are achieved. Your role involves achieving specific targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and utilization.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve the customer as a trusted advisor throughout the entire implementation project lifecycle, articulating the impact of solution design, and adhering to scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage customer and internal project team relationships, and communication throughout project ensuing the customer and internal project team is kept up to date on the status of projects or tasks.
  • Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops with customer project team, encompassing activities such as requirements gathering, and configuration reviews to ensure the solution is aligned with customer requirements.
  • Offer solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customers’ needs and project goals.
  • Contribute to the development and management of change orders, providing estimations and recommendations to navigate scope, budget and timeline changes effectively.
  • Perform solution testing, and coordinate with quality assurance teams for QA testing and the customer, during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop and deliver onsite or remote customer-specific training programs during the project implementations.
  • Assists Support teams with resolution of customer configuration defects.
  • In-frequent travel (up to 20%) to customer sites

Who will you be working with?

  • This role sits in our Professional Services organization, within the Consulting Function, reporting to the Manager, Consulting.
  • You will have access to the entire Global Services community for support, consisting of incredibly talented, Peers, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts.
  • A tenured member of the team will be your dedicated Intelexian mentor, for the duration of your onboarding.

You are exactly what we are looking for if you have:

  • A consulting background, with 5+ years technical implementation consulting experience of SaaS solutions,
  • Software and integration configuration experience, including coding (XML / HTML) to format structure and layout of a SaaS software.
  • Good understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery organization targets.
  • Demonstrated Project management and organizational skills, able to lead Mid-market and enterprise projects with ambitious deadlines - you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with experience delivering business and project solutions to audiences of different roles including customers from technical experts to director level.
  • Capable of identifying obstacles and troubleshooting issues, seeking support when necessary.

Do you want to have quick sneak peek at your onboarding and year one journey at Intelex?

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Participate in Corporate onboarding - Learn about Intelex, our parent companies, our history, and our values.
  • Participate in Departmental onboarding - Learn our software, our methodology and how you fit into the organization.
  • Work with an onboarding mentor - Gain mentorship through your onboarding programs and beyond. Learn the ins and outs from someone doing the job.
  • 1:1 - Meet the team, leadership, individuals across the organization. Make friends and build your internal network.

Within 2 months, you will:

  • Complete key Departmental onboarding assignments - Learning the key components to the role, ensuring you are ready to be customer-facing
  • Start a project with the support of your Mentor, Manager, and the entire team
  • Take on other ad-hoc customer facing or behind the scenes customer work.

Within 4 months, you will:

  • Fully ramping up, with role-specific critical metrics and targets.
  • Growing your knowledge - Learning more Intelex software components and features.

Within 1 year, you will:

  • Effectively manage four or more concurrent projects, as well as deliver sustainment services for customer enhancements.
  • Guide customers towards standard methodologies and industry best practice.
  • Become an Onboarding Mentor - helping the next generation learn and grow.
  • Achieve positive customer feedback for quality and delivery.

Once selected, you would have to:

  • Intelex will perform background and criminal record checks.
