What You’ll Do You’ll act with integrity to:
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in a non-partisan support role
  • Ensure the security of information in the course of fulfilling work tasks and following prescribed rules for safeguarding confidential information
  • Follow well-established policies and procedures to effectively administer and maintain the integrated access control system and equipment
You’ll support our collaboration as you:
  • Work co-operatively with internal contacts such as the Speaker’s Office, Lieutenant Governor’s Office, the Premier’s Office, Sergeant-at-Arms, LPS, LAO staff, Commissions, MPPs/their staff, and Party Caucus to provide Legislative Identification Access badges
  • Communicates effectively with staff at all levels of the Assembly, as well as external contacts in the exchange/provision of information related to photo ID
  • Seek consultation from the Security Supervisor where there is an incorrect authorization on requests for identification or where there is a question as to the type of identification badge to be issued
How You Qualify You demonstrate excellence through your:
  • Completion of formal education from an accredited post-secondary institution/college and up to 1 year related/on-the-job experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and various Computer Software applications/programs.
  • Demonstrative knowledge of Digital Photography and Photo Imaging, Digital Cameras and Lighting Equipment.
  • Knowledge of Legislative Protective Service-specific software such as Lenel and Passage Point.
