Describe a day in the life of your role?
Transcript
A day in the life of a global investigations director can basically be described as dynamic. My day is generally filled with a great deal of structure and planning. But having said that, it also entails a great element of expecting the unexpected. As a global investigations director, I am managing multiple cases across numerous geographies. And therefore there is a constant element of learning, as well as a constant element of surprise in that you never know the volume of cases you may be faced with on any given day, as well as ensuring that you are constantly risk prioritising the cases that you have, and ensuring that you have adequate structure and planning in managing the cases that you are dealing with at any given moment. The fun and exciting and fulfilling element of the role is the constant learning. You are exposed to multiple functions of the organisation, across varied geographies. And quite honestly, the learning just never stops. And that makes it extremely enjoyable.
